Getting Your Mugs Ordered

We want your mug ordering expereince to be a straightforward as possible here at MugPromotions.com.au.

Organising, logos , artwork and proofs.

Our staff are here to assist with artwork and make the experience of ordering here at Mugpromotions.com.au as simple as possible.  Just attach your files onto our order form - we need AI or EPS files, sometimes PDF files can work too.  If you don't have them don't worry we have graphic artists to do that (worry and create these files!) Your order includes some Graphic Artist time included but if we have to redraw art their may be a small charge - we will advise of any such costs beforehand.

Zero set up fees ever

We pioneered the 'no set up fees' and all the costs you see here are inclusive of such fees. 

Shipping

Freight costs depend on where you are, what you want and when you want them - call and ask us if in doubt.

Charities and NFP discounts

Our mugs are low cost already however if you are from a not-for-profit group we may be able to assist you further - call and ask us for help.
